We work closely with trusted growers and markets we’ve built relationships with over decades. Every item is carefully selected based on quality, seasonality, and flavour. We always prioritise locally grown.
How fresh is your produce?
Our produce is sourced and delivered with freshness as the priority. This ensures it not only tastes better but stays fresher for longer than standard supermarket produce.
Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind every delivery with a 100% quality guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will provide a full refund.
Ordering / Delivery
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. There is a minimum order amount of $70 excluding delivery fees.
Do you deliver to my area?
Currently, The Produce Society delivers throughout metro Sydney. If at our checkout and no delivery option is shown then unfortunately we currently do not service your area. Please contact us at info@theproducesocitey.com.au and we may be able to assist you in placing an order.
Do you substitute products if they are out of stock?
While rare, we will substitute products when the product ordered is for any circamstance not available with an obvious replacement. If no suitable replacement is available we will refund you the price paid for the product that is not available within 48 hours.
Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately there is no way to modify an order once placed. Contact us at info@theproducesocitey.com.au and we will help you find a solution.
What happens if a product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled?
We actively monitor market availability and stock levels. If for any reason we cannot supply a specific item we will substitute with a obvious replacement when available or you will be notified by our team and the purchase price of that specific product will be refunded within 48 hours of order delivery to your original payment method.
I won't be home at time of delivery, can it be left at my front door?
Yes. All deliveries will be left in a safe place if no one is home at the time of delivery.
