Return Policy

All products purchased from The Produce Society are covered under our returns policy.

If the product purchased from us is, faulty, damaged or defective we will refund the original purchase price.

The Produce Society reserves the right to inspect the product (in form of photos) before giving any refund and all claims for a refund must be made within 24 hours of delivery of goods.

Change of mind refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on a "change of mind" basis on fresh produce as this infringes on our food safety policy.
